I was blown away with how nice the staff were and their understanding of children with special needs. My daughter has Autism and teeth cleaning is difficult, I went in expecting that we wouldn't be able to get anything done, but we did a cleaning, exam, and xrays!! I'm so happy I found this place. I can’t begin to tell you how refreshing it was to have a visit at this dentist office today. We’ve had a very hard time over the years finding a dentist that not only we trust, but that can fit us in in a timely manner, the staff is friendly, etc. Apple Tree Pediatric Dentistry checks all the boxes. We felt at ease right when we walked in, from the front desk staff, to the dental assistant, to the two dentists we worked with. The office is clean, well equipped for children, and the speed at which they helped my daughter with an emergent issue is unmatched. Our previous dentist had a 6 month wait for this exact procedure that Apple Tree performed in less than an hour. We will be using them for all future procedures and cleanings. More

My daughter has only had two cleanings at Apple Tree, but it has been a wonderful experience! The office is neat, clean, and attractive with plenty of things to keep little ones occupied while they are waiting at every stage of the visit. Both of my girls (3 yrs & 1 yr) just had their first dentist appointments today & we seriously had the BEST experience! The room is so fun and sets an exciting tone for the appointment. Our dental hygienist McKenna was so great with my oldest and talked her through each element of the visit (let her pick out her toothpaste flavor, tested the chair out for her, showed her how the toothbrush worked and let her feel it.. etc). Then Dr. Kim and her assistant Ashley came in and we’re just awesome as well! Thorough, kind, and conversational making us feel right at home! They each got to pick out a toy at the end and I even got a cute picture of them at the end! Mom win :) Didn’t think we’d be excited for our next dental visit but I we are! More

This is a business that truly cares about the children that they treat. Right away when we entered the office, it was clear that they strive to give children a happy and even exciting trip to the dentist! Their waiting room has toys and games that will bring a child of any age a sense of joy as they wait for their appointment. My young daughter was thrilled. One thing of many that is so impressive is their dedication for all children to feel comfortable and safe at the dentist. We were easily able to book into their sensory room. This option is truly incredible when you have a child with sensory needs that deserves to feel comfortable and calm at the dentist, like all kids. I can not express enough how much I appreciate that this is an option for the children they treat. Dr.Kong and her assistant handled my daughter with great care. Dr.Kong’s assistant even played my daughter one of her favorite shows for her during the visit. The sensory room was perfect and we loved the fake fish tube. I was surprised by the difference of approach that they had compared to the dentist we switched from. They worked at my toddler’s pace. Their patience with my daughter led to the best results on both ends. I appreciate that so much from them. At our prior dentist, we were immediately quoted with nearly $1,000 just to begin dental work that would be very invasive for my daughter. We were given no other options. I decided to look elsewhere and found this gem of a place. Immediately impressed with their website & their featured sensory room, I called Apple Tree. Their receptionist was very friendly and answered absolutely every single question I had, which was a lot. I was shocked with the information that the nearly quoted $1,000 dental work at our prior dentist was only $370 with Apple Tree. What an incredible difference. Dr.Kong and her assistant were gentle, uplifting, and truly in depth with all the information regarding my child’s dental health. Dr.Kong offered multiple options with education behind each option for my child’s dental care. We are very grateful that Dr.Kong will be providing dental care that will not jump in straight away to the most invasive option for my daughter’s treatment. It is also much more affordable than what was led by our previous dentist and that too leaves us very grateful. At some dentists you may walk out with feelings of shame, inadequacy, and or frustration, but not at this office. We left happy that our child will continue receiving care here. Highly recommend. This is the best kids' dentistry ever. I have been coming here for over 5 years and they have the best customer service. My kids always enjoying coming to the office. The staff and Dentist are always so helpful, and I never leave feeling like my bank account has been robbed. They do what is needed and necessary and give suggestions that will prevent more cost in the future. It is very obvious that they are doing what they love. As a parent if they opened an adult side. I switched my sons, now 4 and 6, to Apple Tree, 3 years ago after a poor experience elsewhere. My boys are always excited to go to the dentist. Everyone from the staff to the hygienists and both dentists are kind, professional, and thorough. They put my boys at ease (which says a lot for my picky 4 year old), and always explain what they are doing so we all understand. Possibly more importantly- they put me at ease. They do a great job explaining what they are doing. My 4 year old ended up needing a baby tooth extracted after falling and hitting it. I felt very confident in the decision. The process itself went extremely smoothly, which says a LOT, because my son does not usually take to new experiences well. He did amazing! Thanks, Apple Tree!! More

My 4 year old is autistic and tends to really struggle with doctor visits, but everyone here is so kind and accommodating - they manage to make appointments that could otherwise be stressful and traumatic into fun and relaxed visits. Dr.Jeni and Dr.Kim made such a scary procedure seem so easy and simple today. Our 3 year old had to have a procedure done where he needed to be sedated and iI went to multiple doctors who quoted thousands more and said he needed to be fully sedated. Dr.Jeni and Dr.Kim were able to do everything without full sedation and the pricing/findings were fair. They are extremely professional, caring, and make office visits so easy… Plus amazing doctors! I highly recommend Apple Tree. More

From the moment you walk into the waiting room, everything seems to have been designed to put your child at ease. There is a playroom in the waiting room, and the room itself (I've only been in one) is calming (with an aquarium-type tank) and has a toy box to keep the kids occupied while they wait. Doctors Jeni and Kim are very gentle and caring with my toddler, and are pretty straightforward with their recommendations. Their assistant Paula and the rest of the staff have a great disposition and look genuinely happy to be around kids. I'm glad I found them! More

We came here to request a 2nd opinion about my daughter’s treatment plan. Another dentistry suggested an IV sedation for my 4-year old daughter, which I believe is aggressive. I am so happy that I came here. The doctors completed all treatments by using conscious sedation and laughing gas. It takes only 20 minutes to finished all and my daughter said she wants to come back again!!! So much appreciated!!! More

My 4 year old just asked me if we could go to the dentist tomorrow to play.  He isn’t a little boy who only has cleanings. He has had a fair amount of dental work at Appletree but they know an endless amount of little ways to reduce discomfort and relieve anxiety. My son recently had a visit on Aug 30th at AppleTree. Everything was BEYOND amazing. The staff, from receptionist, Dental Hygienist’s, Dentist and financial receptionist were so kindhearted. You can tell everyone gets along and are on one accord. They are very child friendly. The dental hygienist walked through the tools with my son allowing him to be very comfortable with the cleaning. When it was time for X rays, they acknowledged his “T-Rex” stuffed animal and allowed him to take a picture with him at the end. It was such a pleasant experience, I don’t think we’ve ever had this type of experience in the healthcare setting! Great job staff. The interactions from the dentist to dental hygienist are very reassuring and respectful. I am glad we came and we’re here to stay! More

Dr. Oh explained all of the procedure details which she was going to do on my 4 year old son. All staffs were kind and gentle with my son, so my was happy going to this office. Oral sedation and laughing gas were scary at first, but Dr. Oh and staffs made me and my son comfortable and calm. I love this place, Dr. Oh, and the staffs. More

Love Dr. Jeni and her staff! My daughter has tremendous anxiety about dental work so her regular dentist referred Dr.Jeni when she needed extensive dental work requiring sedation. Our experience and outcome exceeded our expectations! Dr. Jeni took excellent care of my daughter, calming her anxiety and resolving her dental needs. Absolutely amazing! I have a uncooperative little one that at least three other "pediatric" dentist couldn't clean her teeth or x-rays. These assistants were patient and were able to clean her teeth using an easy yet never recommended route. And we were even able to maneuver a complex x-ray. Dr. Jeni was thorough at explain treatment plans and next steps for my girls. Their patience and attitudes have definitely earned them the "pediatric" specialty! The office was clean and definitely meant to make kids comfortable. Our room even had a screen on the ceiling! They thought of every possible way to keep get distracted and comfortable! More

Dr. Jeni I got us in when other place wouldn’t. Our other dentist cancelled and wouldn’t see us even though my son was in pain. My son is 6 and need a tooth pulled. She answered all of my questions patiently. She performed the procedure fast and he was hardly even upset because she talked him through it. Her office staff was great as well. My daughter had her first dental cleaning today and  she had an absolutely fantastic experience. The waiting area is clean and the area where they do the actual cleanings is impeccable as well. The hygienist are very friendly and patient, but Dr. Jenni is the real star of the show. She is professional, friendly and takes the time with all of her patients to explain and listen to concerns. My 3 year old daughter is very resistant when it comes to her teeth. Her teeth are very sensitive. Dr.Jeni and her staff are VERY clever when it comes to examining and cleaning her teeth. My daughter even said she loves the dentist after her visit to Apple Tree. They were even able to do X-rays and got my daughter to keep still, which is a difficult task for us. The staff is amazing. Wait time was minimal. Meanwhile, my daughter was entertained her entire visit with either, books, toys or electronics. I am in awe of this place. I would refer anyone in a heartbeat! More

The atmosphere upon walking in is very calming. The waiting room and kids play area are very clean as well. My kids love their play area. The staff is friendly and patient with your children. I love that as a parent you are present for the entire cleaning and the hygienists explain what they are going to do step by step to your child. This really helped my 3 and 1 year olds stay calm. The dentist also did a fantastic job with explaining any preventative care and/or possibility of future issues. Overall wonderful experience. We have actually already been twice! Both times for several days after their visits my children asked if they could go back as if the dentist was a field trip or something lol . They are always excited to get their cleanings ! If you need to take your child to a dentist, look no further. This is the clinic to take your little ones, took my son for check up and crowns. Dr Jeni and the staff are great and know how to work with kids. They were able to get us same day and then the next day. The place is state of the art, waiting rooms designed for kids. While my child was having her teeth cleaned, I saw the Doctor playing with a 3 year old so the child didn't even realize what was happening. It's clear she really cares. This place was amazing! I took my 4 kids in all at the same time! My 3 boys all got x-rays and cleanings while my girl entertained herself in one of their AWESOME playrooms. I've never seen anything like it. Our hygenist, Leah Cicora, was so sweet and gentle. The dentist, Dr. Jeni Kong, reviewed the x-rays with me and was perfect with my kids as she examined their teeth. It was all my kids talked about all day. To say you took 4 kids to the dentist and had a nice time is saying something!!! More

Dr. Jeni was wonderful with our two kids! Our daughter (3) was a little nervous about getting her teeth cleaned, but Dr. Jeni and her hygienist made her feel so at ease. They explained what everything was before they cleaned, so she felt a lot more comfortable having her teeth cleaned. My daughter also loved getting a toy after her cleaning. Dr. Jeni let her pick out a ring, and she always wants to wear it now! I've also noticed her playing dentist on her own stuffed animals, as well as her little baby brother! By her saying that she wants to go to the dentist again, it really shows how much she enjoyed Dr. Jeni and her practice!
