Dr. Kim is my daughter’s dentist and she is absolutely amazing and so is her staff. We have been visiting since my daughter's first tooth came out & we love her entire team. Last year, my daughter was scheduled for a procedure to remove a tooth for which mild sedation was needed. I explained to the staff that gas often led my daughter to wake up slightly violent & their professional response gave me so much joy. They double checked with their anesthesiologist & confirmed longer surgeries had reactions like my daughter's but this shorter surgery would have almost no side effects. Our next option would have been general anesthesia at the hospital which I was not in favor of. Procedure was completed successfully in office in less than 2 hrs total time from check-in to check out. We are extremely grateful. This year they were able to squeeze her in for a check up on some residual pain from having her teeth holes filled & they did not charge us for the visit. They also are very up front about dental costs. We had a mix up with our insurance & they were very helpful in directing us how to handle a claim. I cannot express how amazing this facility is. More
This place is wonderful. Our daughter is autistic and they were wonderful with her. We had no wait time. She was getting sedated and Dr. Kim explained everything and the staff is super nice and helpful. It is never easy finding places that work well with special needs kids so this place is a keeper! Dr. Kim is my daughter’s dentist and she is absolutely amazing and so is her staff. Earlier this week, my little girl was scheduled for a procedure for which mild sedation was discussed as an option to keep her relaxed and calm enough to undergo the procedure and avoid injury. My daughter has ASD, so I was extremely concerned about whether the sedation would work. Our next option would have been general anesthesia at the hospital which I was not in favor of. Well, the sedation didn’t work, but, Patrice and Paula worked so well with Dr. Kim to keep my daughter relaxed and calm. Procedure was completed successfully in office in less than 2 hrs total time from check-in to check out. We are extremely grateful. More
Dr.Jeni and Dr.Kim made such a scary procedure seem so easy and simple today. Our 3 year old had to have a procedure done where he needed to be sedated and iI went to multiple doctors who quoted thousands more and said he needed to be fully sedated. Dr.Jeni and Dr.Kim were able to do everything without full sedation and the pricing/findings were fair. They are extremely professional, caring, and make office visits so easy… Plus amazing doctors! We came here to request a 2nd opinion about my daughter’s treatment plan. Another dentistry suggested an IV sedation for my 4-year old daughter, which I believe is aggressive. I am so happy that I came here. The doctors completed all treatments by using conscious sedation and laughing gas. It takes only 20 minutes to finished all and my daughter said she wants to come back again!!! So much appreciated!!! More
My 4 year old just asked me if we could go to the dentist tomorrow to play. He isn't a little boy who only has cleanings. He has had a fair amount of dental work at Appletree but they know an endless amount of little ways to reduce discomfort and relieve anxiety. He dosent remember the annoyances or the discomforts all he remembers is how fun and encouraging they are. More
Dr. Oh explained all of the procedure details which she was going to do on my 4 year old son. All staffs were kind and gentle with my son, so my was happy going to this office. Oral sedation and laughing gas were scary at first, but Dr. Oh and staffs made me and my son comfortable and calm. I love this place, Dr. Oh, and the staffs. More
Today we had the best experience with Dr Jeni and her staff. Dr Jeni is caring and professional. i was very nervous taking my daughter for today procedure because it needed to be done under conscious sedation. Dr Jeni explained and answered all of our questions. Everyone was polite and professional. They updated us quickly and also they called to check how my daughter is doing in the afternoon. Love Dr. Jeni and her staff! My daughter has tremendous anxiety about dental work so her regular dentist referred Dr.Jeni when she needed extensive dental work requiring sedation. Our experience and outcome exceeded our expectations! Dr. Jeni took excellent care of my daughter, calming her anxiety and resolving her dental needs. They called us a couple hours later to check on her. I highly recommend Dr. Jeni! More
Dr. Jeni and her staff know what a pediatric dental experience should be like! We were so happy to find her to help us deal with our 4 yr old's first cavity. Our regular dentist wanted to sedate our child, wouldn't allow us to be with her, and the appointment would have been 2.5 hours long just for a filling. Dr. Jeni was very open to using the gas and our child was in and out in about 15 minutes. Our daughter didn't even seem to know that she had anything done due to being distracted with headphones and a movie. I loved how Dr. Jeni told our daughter what she was doing each time she put something in her mouth. The staff is very friendly, extremely professional, and you can tell that people like working at Apple Tree. We won't be going anywhere else from now on! I love going to a smaller practice and seeing the same staff each time as well. More
Dr.Kong is great with my daughter.. she’s patient and caring and my daughter just loves her. It’s great to find a dentist that your 2year old likes and not be afraid of. We have a dental surgery coming up and I’m hoping everything goes well. Fingers crossed! More
